The Penny Engineering workshop is part of Richards of England Engineering Limited a manufacturer of vintage bicycle replicas starting in 2011. We manufacture every component in house, wheel rims, hubs spokes etc.. with customers world wide. With the increase in capacity we have opened the workshop to general engineering,  small product prototype and manufacture.
